So, I've been promising to feature for some time now, and here she is! She is a very nice person, and take a look at these cute chibis that she drew!

In other news, my next cosplay, 1950s era Rin, will probably be done by the end of the month, so keep an eye out for me in a poodle skirt, trying not to fall on my ass in roller skates! may be my 1550s Len to match, but we'll have to see.
Daughter of Evil is also nearing completion, or at least the pattern is! Once the pattern is done, it will only be a matter of time!
Super excited about cosplay lately!

Hanging Up My Crossplay Cap
Alright, I've decided. I am, at least temporarily, hanging up my crossplay cap.
Why?
Well, honestly, being a boy puts too much pressure on me to be skinny, while I feel that I still make a sexy girl. Actually, I feel that I make a sexier girl. Don't worry, I'm still gonna do some crossplay (mostly the looser costumes) but I really wan to focus on the simple cosplay side that I really haven't done since my first (Temari) when I was twelve. Examples of coming up cosplays are:
:bulletpink: Daughter of Evil Rin
:bulletpink: 1950's Ver. Rin (This means a poodle skirt and roller-skates)
:bulletpink: Galinda (Wicked)
:bulletpink: Harle
NOT Dead
Hey, sorry I haven't been posting much lately. I just got a job as a Starbucks barista and I've been working a lot. All costumes are lying unfinished in my sewing room. But, hey, the job comes with free coffee!
Also, tomorrow I leave for camp (with no internet) so don't expect me on for a week.
A 95 Year Old's Perspective on Gayness
My Great Grandma (at her 95th birthday party): "You know, these people who are gay, are they born that way, or do they become that way?"
Great Aunt Cathy (Nurse): "Well, there's a lot of argument about that, but I believe, and many scientists agree, that they are born that way."
My Great Grandma: "So what's all the fuss about?"
This was my Great Grandma, who passed away a month ago. She dropped out of school young to support her family during the depression. She worked at an electronic's company, building compasses for spaceships. Her work went to the moon on the first moon lander, and can be seen in the Smithsonian Aerospace Museum.
Leaving for a bit
I just wanted to let you all know that I'll be leaving for a couple of days, so sorry if I don't reply! I'm off to my grandma's farm (where there is no internet) for a reunion in honor of her 50th wedding anniversary. I know, right? How the hell did she get to 50 years of hell marriage? :D
(Especially to my grandpa. Two years ago we got him a cell phone for Christmas. His first reaction? "What is it?" *shot*)
All jokes aside, I'm really proud of her and grandpa! And totally excited to see my family, including the second cousin who cosplays and my EPIC gay uncle.
When I get back, I'll have more pictures, finally finish off the Hall
